Shipping & Handling

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.  All orders placed on Saturday after 3:30 p.m. CST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Redefined by Remy LLC. is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to) 

Please note that shipping times provided by usps are only estimates and not guaranteed. Usps does miss shipping dates occasionally and the usps tracking system is not always updated in real time.

Due to Covid -19 some packages may take longer to be delivered.

TRACKING A SHIPMENT   

Once we ship your package, you will be given a tracking number via the email listed on the account of your order. You may check the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on the USPS website.

STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGE   

Once a shipment leaves our facility, factors beyond our control may result in your order arriving at its destination either sooner or later than expected. Redefined by Remy LLC does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for the actions of USPS, weather and any other events that may lead to delays, loss or stolen packages.

UPDATED POLICY 2022

Redefined by Remy LLC . no longer provides the service of Pick up  as we are working towards our goal of serving as an Online Boutique. This policy will be valid until further notice.
